Kevin, thru his inspection, found moisture problems with the stucco on my home and recommended a contractor to remediate my home. Early detection by Kevin saved me many thousands of dollars in repair. I had Kevin inspect the remediation process in each stage of construction. He took pictures documenting the work and at the conclusion, included a letter summarizing what was done. This was very helpful.
