Infrared Thermography can be used to evaluate and find anomalies in exterior cladding (stucco) and mechanical/electrical systems, for noninvasive moisture detection, for leak detection on flat roofs, to identify missing insulation in a wall cavity and even for equine thermal imaging. New Construction Inspections
New construction inspections are performed at the completion of construction, but prior to your final walk through with the Builder's Customer Service Representative or Superintendent. It is always a good idea to verify that utilities (gas, water, and electric) have been turned on, either by you or the Builder depending on the Builder's policy. The inspection should be scheduled just a day or two before your final walk through with the Builder. This will ensure that most, if not all, last minute items have been completed prior to your inspection. At the conclusion of the inspection a custom report will be created.
Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspections
Warranty inspections are performed during the 11th month of your 1-year Builder Warranty. The inspection will be performed to verify that proper building techniques were used and that the various components of the home were properly installed. You will be presented with a completed report at the end of the inspection along with digital photos taken as needed for inaccessible areas.
Pre-Listing Inspection
A pre-listing inspection provides a record of the pre-sale condition of a property and can uncover any concerns that might compromise a sale once the home is listed and an offer is made. Pre-listing inspections are gaining in popularity and benefit all parties involved. Specifically, home owners are given time to decide what areas to work on to improve the home’s appeal, and will gain more time to make repairs and compare bids on work to be done without being under the pressure of a real estate transaction. The Green Valley group can provide a full color report, complete with pictures, shortly after the inspection is completed, or the inspection details can be verbal.

Investor Walkthrough
Investor walkthroughs are offered for property investors who don’t need or want a full home inspection and are just looking for a second opinion of the elements that may need to be replaced or repaired, giving an investor an idea of the condition of a potential investment property. Verbal assessments of the major components of the property are provided and the Investor is encouraged to take notes and ask any questions, however, a report can also be provided.
Preventative Maintenance Inspection
Preventative maintenance inspections, which are essential for retaining and growing the worth of a home, and can help to prevent more costly repairs from occurring in the future.
